Boiled Fried Cassava Jamaican Style| Trinidad Boiled Fried Cassava the Vegan Jamaican Edition| Vegan Recipes | Cassava Recipes| Yuga Recipe

Ingredients:
– Cassava
– thyme
– yellow and green bell peppers diced
– parsley
– 3 cloves garlic
– onion diced
– tomato diced
– coconut oil
– salt
– coconut aminos
– Mrs Dash

Instruction:
1) peel and boil cassava for 15 mins. Test if cook with a knife. Drain and allow to kool for 10 mins then diced into bite size.
2) add 2 tsp oil to heat skillet.
3) add bell peppers, onion, garlic, tomato, thyme and parsley and sautΓ© for 3 mins.
4) Add diced cassava and combined with sautΓ© veggies.
5) allow to fry for 3 to 5 mins.
6) Enjoy ☺️
