How to cook CANNED Ackee & salt fish

Hey guys! We don’t all have Ackee at our disposal especially if you live abroad. So here’s a quick video showing how I cook “tin” canned ackee! Enjoy, please remember to like comment and subscribe!

INGREDIENTS
2 cans Ackee
1/4 lb salt fish (COD)
2 stalks green onion
1/2 bell pepper
3 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
1 scotch bonnet pepper (optional)
1 tomato
2 sprigs thyme
2 tbsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste!
