SORREL DRINK
Ginger (any amount you like in your drink)
1lb sorrel
12 pimento seeds
3 cinnamon leaves
6 cups of water

Bring 6cups of water to a vigarous boil and add all the ingredients to the water, then turn off the stove submerged everything in the water, cover the pot and allow you sorrel to ferment or draw for 24 hour or overnight.
Then Strain properly and sweeten to taste
