How to Make Jamaican Ackee Loaf

Ingredients:
🍃Dough
4 cups whole wheat flour
1 pack instant yeast ( roughly 2 1/2 tsp)
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp raw cane sugar
2 tbsp oil (I used grape seeds oil)
About 1 and 1/2 cups coconut milk ( you can use any plain plant base milk)

** Place dough somewhere warm to rise for 1 hour and 15 minutes
** You can grease bowl and dough with a drizzle of oil to prevent it from sticking to the bowl when rising.
**unsalted vegan butter to apply to loaf after baking.

🍃Ackee
1 can ackee( I used the Royal Montego brand)
Make sure to drain liquid and rinse Ackee.
1/2 onion
Piece of bell peppers
Piece of scotch bonnet ( use hot pepper available to you)
3 cloves garlic
2 stalk scallion/green onion
Cajun seasonings ( use seasoning of your choice
Oil to sauté
