Here are the ingredients used:

2 cups coconut milk (boil on low to medium heat for 10 -15 minutes or until the milk starts to become custard & produces oil)
1/2 cup of coconut milk to add with the mackerel
3 Salt mackerel
Black pepper (desired amount)
Pimento seeds
Chopped Escallion
Chopped onions
Chopped scotch bonnet peppers
Chopped bell peppers
Thyme
Fish seasoning (if needed)

Please be mindful that you can fry up your veggies and then add your coconut milk but it’s much greasy that way
