How to make Stew Peas with Pigtail – Jamaican Style//Step By Step

Cook time: 3 hours
I used:
2 1/4 cup red kidney beans
3 garlic cloves
Beef (1.5 lb – estimates)
Pigtail (2 lb – estimates)
3 stalks of scallion
3 sprig thyme
1 scotch bonnet pepper
1 handful pimento seed
1 tsp adobo all purpose seasoning
Flour/salt/water – dumplings
Coconut milk – (I didn’t use it because I don’t like it in my stew peas but if you do, definitely add it for more flavor)
