Jamaican Spiced Tamarind Juice || Tamarind Juice Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups tamarind
10 cups water
2 cinnamon sticks
10 whole cloves
Handful grated ginger
Brown sugar to sweeten (Use sweetener of choice)

*** Tamarind can be purchased at your local supermarket. I usually purchased it in either Walmart or bravo supermarkets.

Tamarind is high in antioxidants ,vitamins and has anti inflammatory properties. Tamarind can be use to treat constipation, liver and gallbladder problems, diabetes, stomach disorders, colds, fever, intestinal worms, etc.
