KERALA PEPPER BEEF BURGER – Mouth Watering Spiced Beef Patty Made in Kerala By @theblockmeatstore

Ready to cook burger patties from @theblockmeatstore

Ingredients :-
Burger bun -1
Butter – 1 tsp
Mayonnaise – 1 tsp ( mix with minced confit garlic )
Tomato – 2 slices
Onion – 1 slice
Cheese – 1 slice
Lettuce – 1 leaf ( optional )
Cabbage and Onion Slaw – 1 tbsp ( mix with honey and salt )
Pickled Cucumber – 3-4 slices

Method :-
On hot tawa or BBQ, place your Kerala Pepper Beef Burger Patty. Flip your burger every five minutes. Once that is done, place your cheese on top of the patty and let it rest for 3 minutes. Apply butter on both sides of your bun and toast it.

Building :-
For Kerala Pepper Beef Burger, we recommend garlic mayonnaise as it compliments the flavor or even mix ketchup and mayonnaise together. Once your Burger sauce is applied on both the buns, place onions, tomatoes, lettuce and cabbage & onion slaw on top of the other. Finally add sliced pickled cucumber on the other side of the burger patty. Now combine both and take big bite !! Happy eating !!
