Sweet & Sour Chicken | Pakistani Chinese | Dinner Recipe | Hina Barkat

Ingredients:
2 lbs Chicken Breast.
1tbsp minced Ginger.
1 tbsp minced Garlic.
1 tbsp Chicken powder.
2 tbsp Vinegar.
2 tbsp Soy Sauce.
2 tbsp Chili Garlic paste.
Lemon Juice.
2 tbsp Ketchup.
2 Tomato.
1 tbsp White pepper.
1 Green Bell pepper.
1 Red Bell pepper.
1 Red Onion.
1 tbsp Cornstarch. (1 tbsp & 6 tbsp water – Make slurry)

Recipe:
In a wok heat some oil. Add ginger-garlic. Fry for 30 seconds. Add chicken breast. Cook until it change color. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Cook on medium heat. Add chicken powder, vinegar, soy sauce, chili garlic paste, lemon juice and ketchup. Mix it well. Add 1 tomato (Chopped really small). Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add white pepper. Add red, green bell pepper, tomato and red onion. Mix it well. Add 2 cups of water. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
In a bowl add cornstarch and water. Make slurry. Slowly add slurry to chicken. Sauce should be thick enough. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
